Pengaruh Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada PT. Astra International Tbk yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2016-2020

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio (CR), dan debt to equity ratio (DER) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Astra International Tbk yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lima tahun yaitu mulai tahun 2016- 2020. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian perusahaan PT Astra International TBK yang sebanyak 170 anak cabang perusahaan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel yang memenuhi sebanyak 7 sampel perusahaan sehingga data akhir yang ditemukan berjumlah 35 laporan keuangan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diunduh melalui website www.idx.co.id dan juga website masing-masing perusahaan selama 5 tahun periode 2016-2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel current ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan secara simultan, current ratio dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the current ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) partially and simultaneously on the firm value of PT Astra International Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The period used in this study is five years, starting from 2016-2020. This type of research uses quantitative with associative approach. The population in this study is the company PT Astra International Tbk. The type of data in this study is quantitative with the method of determining the sample by using the purposive sampling method, based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples that meet as many as 7 samples of companies so that the final data found are 35 financial statements. The source of data in this study is secondary data which is downloaded through the website www.idx.co.id and also the website of each company for 5 years period 2016-2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namely the current ratio, has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The independent variable, namely the debt to equity ratio, has a positive and significant effect on firm value. And simultaneously, the independent variable, namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely firm value.
