dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa marga Tbk Cabang Balmera. Jenis penelitian ini asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan sumber data primer dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan media angket/kuesioner dengna mneggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan yang ada di PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Belmera. Penarikan Sampel menggunakan Sampling jenuh. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan yang bekerja pada Perusahaan PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Belmera yang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. sistem informasi akuntansi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems and human resource competencies on employee performance at PT. Jasa marga Tbk Balmera Branch. This type of research is causal associative using quantitative data types and primary data sources with data collection techniques using questionnaires/questionnaires using data analysis techniques, namely validity and reliability tests. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Branch. Sampling using saturated sampling. The number of samples in this study were 30 employees who work at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The Belmera branch. The results showed that the accounting information system had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
