dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional 1 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah assosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada bagian keuangan dan administrasi pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional 1 Medan yang berjumlah 62 orang. Data tersebut didapat dengan cara menyebar kuesioner pada masing-masing karyawan bagian keuangan dan administrasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat bantu ang digunakan penelitian adalah perangkat lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 26 (SPSS 26). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 59,9%. This research was conducted to determine the Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Accounting Information System on Employee Performance at PT. PELINDO of Indonesia Regional 1 Medan. This type of research is associative. The population in this study were employees in the finance and administration department of PT. PELINDO of Indonesia Regional 1 Medan which has a total of 62 people. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to each employee of the finance and administrative department. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. The tool used for research is the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 26 (SPSS 26). The results showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Accounting Information Systems had a positive effect on Employee Performance. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance is 59,99%.en_US
