dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kualitas layanan dan keamanan sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi berbasis mobile banking Pada Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Zainul Arifin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang menggunakan mobile banking pada Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Zainul Arifin sebanyak 512. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 orang. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan bahwa kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi, kualitas layanan dan keamanan sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi berbasis mobile banking di Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Zainul Arifin. This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information system quality, service quality and system security on user satisfaction of mobile banking-based applications at Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Zainul Arifin. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study was 512 customers who used mobile banking at Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Zainul Arifin. Sampling using the slovin method with a total sample of 84 people. The data source used is primary data. The method of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis method of this study uses multiple linear regression SPSS version 26. The results of this study partially and simultaneously show that the quality of the accounting information system, service quality and system security have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of mobile banking-based applications at Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Zainul Arifin. | en_US |
