Fungsi dan Kedudukan Controller pada PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Medan

Abstract

Kesimpulan: Dari uraian yang disajikan mulai dari bab I sampai dengan bab IV tentang fungsi dan kedudukan controller dan hasil pengarnatan langsung serta hasi•I analisa atas PT. Ecogrcen Oleochernical Medan, maka pada bab V ini akan diperoleh sesuatu kesimpulan disertai saran-saran, yang dianggap perlu sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan demi pcrkcmbangan dan penycmpurnaan. Dari hasil ana1isa dan evaluasi penulis, rnaka penuls mengarnbil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Controller dalam PT Ecogreen Oleochernical Medan kedudukannya adalah sebagai staff, bukan sebagai executive ( pelaksana ). Kedudukan controller pada PT Ecogreen Oleochemical Medan diletakkan pada je11jang yang atas dan langsung berada dibawah Presiden Direktur sebagai staff Dengan dernikian kedudukan tersebut jelas memperlihatkan betapa pentingnya peranan controller dalam perusahaan tersebut 2. Fungsi - fungsi controller pada PT Ecogreen Oleochemical Medan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik , terutama kelima fungsi dasar yaitu fungsi perencanaan, fungsi pengawasan, fungsi pelaporan, dan fungsi lain - lain. 3. Pada PT. Ecogreen Oleochemical Medan laporan controller dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Finance & Accounting sebagai seorang controller yang baik. Laporan- laporan yang dibuat secara tertulis adalah mmgguan, laporan bulanan dan laporan tahunan. Da\am \aporan disajikan perkembangan yang telah dicapai perusahaan dan ditujukan pada pihak intern dan ekstern perusahaan. Conclusion: From the descriptions presented from chapter I to chapter IV about the function and position of the controller and the results of direct observations and analysis results on PT. Ecogrcen Oleochernical Medan, then in chapter V this will be obtained a conclusion accompanied by suggestions, which are deemed necessary as material consideration for the company for development and improvement. From the results of the analysis and evaluation of the author, the author takes several conclusion as follows: 1. The position of the controller in PT Ecogreen Oleochernical Medan is as staff, not as executive (executor). Controller position on PT Ecogreen Oleochemical Medan is placed at the top level and directly under the President Director as staff With so This position clearly shows how important the role of the controller is within the company 2. The controller functions at PT Ecogreen Oleochemical Medan have implemented properly, especially the five basic functions, namely function planning, monitoring function, reporting function, and other functions. 3. At PT. Ecogreen Oleochemical Medan controller reports carried out by Finance & Accounting Division as a good controller. Reports made in writing are weekly, monthly reports and annual report. The progress that has been achieved is presented in the report company and aimed at internal and external parties of the company.
