Analisis.Penjadwalan Produksi dengan Metode Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS) (Studi Kasus: Ardhina Batik Motif Medan)

Abstract

Ardhina batik motif medan •ini, merupakan salah satu ukm pembuatan kain batik yang menggunakan metode FCFS dalarn proses produksinya. Dalarn proses. produksi nya beberapa opernsi kerja meme:rlukan waktu proses yang sangat lama yang mengrudbatkan besamya waktu proses produksi perusahaan. sehingga total waktu produksi (makespan) pun semakin banyak. Untuk menghasilkan total waktu produks] (makespan) )yang minimal dan juga dapat mengehamt waktu produksi. Dalam penjadwalannya dapat rnenggunakan metode CDS yang dimana metode tersebut dapat menghasilkan waktu produksi yang minim dan juga dapat menghasilkan urutan pesanan yang lebih efsien sehingga tidak akan terjadi .keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian pesanan. Sebelum melakukan perhitungan metode CDS. perlu dilakukannya perhitungan waktu siklus waktu normal dan juga waktu baku. Kemudian juga perlu mengetahui nilai penyesuaian dan juga kelonggaran dalam melakukan pekerjaan tersebut. Dari data pesanan selama 5 bulan terakhir mulai dari bulan November 2021 -April 2022 makespan dengan meggunakan metode CDS yaim sebanyak 55 hari dengan 3 iterasi, y'ang dimana makespan tersebut terdapat pada literasi 3 yang tidak memiliki waktu keterlambatan. Berikut ini urutan kerja pada literasi ke-3 yaitu; pesanan 8-pesanan 2- pesanan 13- pesanan 5- pesanan 1- pesanan 7- pesanan 12- pesanan 9- pesanan 4- pesanan 3- pesanan 10- pesanan 11- pesanan 6-pesanan 14. Ardhina batik with this Medan motif, is one of the SMEs that make batik cloth which uses the FCFS method in the process production. In process. the production of some work operations requires time a very long process which reduces the amount of time the production process takes company. so that the total production time (makespan) also increases. For produce minimal total production time] (makespan) ) and also can save production time. In scheduling, you can use the method CDS which the method can produce minimal production time and can also produce order orders that are more efficient so there will be no delays in completion order. Before performing the calculation of the CDS method. need calculation of normal time cycle time and also standard time. Then you also need to know the adjustment value and also the allowance in doing the job. From order data for 5 months lastly starting from November 2021 -April 2022 makespan with using the CDS yaim method for 55 days with 3 iterations, which where the makespan is found in literacy 3 which has no time lateness.
