Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru PPPK di UPT SD Negeri 064024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan jenis deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, dengan Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah dalam menganalisis data dengan Pengumpulan Data, Data Reduction (Reduksi Data), Data Display (Penyajian Data) dan Conclusion Drawing/Verification (Penarikan Kesimpulan/Verifikasi). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di Kecamatan Medan Selayang dapat menjalin kerjasama, menjalin komunikasi, membangun semangat, menyelesaikan konflik, menciptakan hubungan positif, memperhatikan kesejahteraan Guru. Hambatan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Guru UPT SD Negeri 064024 di Kecamatan Medan Selayang Kota Medan, yaitu: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Tingkat Kedisiplinan, dan Peserta Didik. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the Principal's Leadership Role. The factors that inhibit and support the Principal's Leadership Role in Improving PPPK Teacher Performance at UPT SD Negeri 064024. This research is a descriptive type of field research using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques, with Observations, Interviews and Documentation. Steps in analyzing data with Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of the study found that the Principal Leadership in the Medan Selayang District was able to establish cooperation, establish communication, build enthusiasm, resolve conflicts, create positive relationships, pay attention to the welfare of teachers.
