Abstract: Tenaga kerja (karyawan) merupakan faktor dominan dalam kegiatan Operai perusahaan. Tenaga kerja dalam aktivitas perusahaan perlu dimotivasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Motivasi atau dorongan di dalam suatu perusahaan umumnya ditujukan kepada sumber daya manusia pada umumnya. Labor (employees) is the dominant factor in the activity Company operation. Manpower in company activities is necessary motivated to increase work productivity. Motivation or encouragement within a company is generally aimed at human resources in general.
