Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi akuntansi, Kompensasi, Sipiritualitas kerja dan Iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dan dengan tingkat signifikasi yang digunakan 0,05.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Sistem informasi akuntansi secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan ,Kompensasi secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Spritualitas kerja secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan ,Iklim organisasi secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Sistem informasi akuntansi, Kompensasi , Spritualitas kerja dan Iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III MEDAN. This study aims to determine whether accounting information systems, compensation, work spirituality and organizational climate affect the performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were permanent employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. Sampling used random sampling with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the research results, accounting information systems have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work spirituality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Accounting information systems, compensation, work spirituality and organizational climate simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III MEDAN
