dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan umum daerah pasar kota medan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi di perusahaan, yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu keseluruhan anggota populasi yang dijadikan sebagai sampel sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 35 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of application of accounting information systems and leadership style on the employee performance at general company in the city market area of Medan. The type of data carried out in this study is associative. The type of data in this is quantitative sourced from primary data. The population in this study is all users of accounting information systems in companies, totalling 35 employee. Sampling used in this study is a saturated sample technique, namely all members of the population that are used as samples so obatined as many ad 35 samples. The result show that application of accounting information systems has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. The of application of accounting information systems and leadership style has a positive and significant on the employee performance. | en_US |
