| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan vokasional dengan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Medan Area. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara kematangan vokasional dengan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Medan area. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 75 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area, dengan . menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Perigumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kematangan vokasional dan skala intensi · berwirausaha. Skala intensi berwirausaha memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas serta dapat digunakan untuk penelitian dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,884 dan skala. kematangan vokasional memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas serta dapat digunakan untuk penelitian dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,844. | dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between vocational maturities with the intention of entrepreneurship at the University of Medan Area students. The hypothesis is a positive relationship between vocational maturities with the intention of entrepreneurship at the University of Medan area students. Subjects numbered 75 students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area, using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using a maturity scale vocational and entrepreneurial intention scale. Intention scale entrepreneurship qualify validity and reliability and can be used to study the reliability coefficient of 0.884 and qualified vocational maturity scale validity and reliability and can be used to study the reliability coefficient of 0.844. Analysis of the data used is the product moment correlation technique.
