Hubungan Antara Kematangan Vokasional dengan Intensi Berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Medan Area

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between vocational maturities with the intention of entrepreneurship at the University of Medan Area students. The hypothesis is a positive relationship between vocational maturities with the intention of entrepreneurship at the University of Medan area students. Subjects numbered 75 students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area, using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using a maturity scale vocational and entrepreneurial intention scale. Intention scale entrepreneurship qualify validity and reliability and can be used to study the reliability coefficient of 0.884 and qualified vocational maturity scale validity and reliability and can be used to study the reliability coefficient of 0.844. Analysis of the data used is the product moment correlation technique. Based on data analysis, the results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between vocational maturities with the intention of entrepreneurship at the University of Medan Area students
