Pengaruh Total Aset Turn Over dan Current Ratio terhadap Return on Asset pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2020

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Aset Turnover dan Current Ratio terhadap Return on Asset. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif kausal dengan jenis data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaab sub sektor property dan real estate. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 64 dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling,sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 14 perussahaan dengan periode penelitian 4 tahun sehingga jumlah data sampel menjadi 56 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Total Aset Turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap Return on Asset dan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap Return on Asset. Secara simultan, Total Aset Turnover dan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap Return on Asset Hasil tersebut sejalan dengan hipotesis yang telah ditentukan, sehingga seluruh hipotesis diterima. This research aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover and Current Ratio on Return on Assets. The type of research is causal associative with quantitative data sourced from company financial reports in the property and real estate sub-sector. The population in the study was 64 using a purposive sampling method. Based on these criteria, there are 14 companies with total data of 56 companies. The research results show that Total Asset Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets and the Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, Total Asset Turnover and Current Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets. These results are in line with the predetermined hypothesis, so that all hypotheses are accepted.
