Studi Pengaruh Faktor Lingkungan Kerja Dengan Menggunakan Metode Experiment Design Factorial 3

Abstract

Produktivitas hasil kerja pekerja sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan fisik tempat kerjanya, disamping faktor yang terjadi dalam diri pekerja sendiri. Pada penelitian ini akan diteliti pengaruh dari beberapa faktor lingkungan fisik yaitu pencahayaan, suhu dan kebisingan terhadap hasil kerja pada pekerjaan pemeriksaan secara visual, serta melihat pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap kondisi fisiologis pekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen dengan Desain Acak Sempuma Model Tetap. Karena ada tiga faktor yang akan diamati, dan masing-masing mempunyai 3 buah taraf yaitu rendah, sedang dan tinggi, maka desain ini sering disebut Desain Eksperimen Faktorial 3. The productivity of workers' work is greatly influenced by the physical environment of the place work, in addition to factors that occur within the worker himself. On research This study will examine the influence of several physical environmental factors, namely lighting, temperature and noise on work results in inspection work visually, as well as seeing the influence of these three factors on physiological conditions worker. This research is an experiment with a Perfect Random Design Fixed Model. Because there are three factors to be observed, and each has 3 levels, namely low, medium and high, so this design is often used called Factorial Experimental Design 3.
