Tingkat suku bung.a pinjaman yang tinggi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas debitur. Maksudnya perusahaan tinggi, maka persentase peningkatan ekspansi kredit akan semakin sulit, aasabah akan mencari piajarnan pada Bank lai.n yang memiliki suku bunga lebih rendah. Conclusion 1. PT. Bank Rakyat lndonesia, Thk.., Medan lskandar Muda Branch, Office The SjmaJjnf,ikar unit is a State M.i]jk Business Entity (BUMN) which operates in the services sector, especially banking services. 2. High loan interest rates affect loyalty debtor. This means that if the company is high, the percentage of credit expansion will increase it will become more difficult, customers will look for loans at other banks have lower interest rates.
