Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Just In Time terhadap Peningkatan Efisiensi Biaya Produksi pada PT Spectrum Unicipta Cabang Medan

Abstract

PT. Spectrum Unicipta Cabang Medan yang bergerak di bidang industri mebel, perlengkapan pergudangan dan pertokoan, pintu kunci, racking, meja kasir, dan perlengkapan lainnyaTujuan didirikan perseroan iniadalah untuk menjalankan usaha dalam bidang industri, yang memproduksi produk sendiri dan memasarkannya baik di dalam maupun luar daerah, untuk mencapai maksud tujuan tersebut perseroan menjalankan usaha dalam bidang industri mebel, perlengkapan pergudangan dan pertokoan, pintu, kunci, racking, rneja kasir dan perlengkapan kantor Jainnya Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam memproduksi produk yaitu besi Tujuan dari penelitin ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan sistem Just In Dme berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan efisiensi biaya produksi pada PT Spectrum Unicipta Cabang Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Laba/Rugi tahun 20 I 1-2012, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan biaya Produksi tahun 2011-2012. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder Tekni pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana yang dibantu dengan komputer (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) SPSS versi 17.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang diperoleh bahwa penerapan sistem Just In Time memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan efisiensi biaya produksi yaitu dapat dilihat pada nilai T hitung adalah sebesar 2,404 , sedangkan nilai T-tabel untuk n=36 adalah sebesar 2,028. Ini mengandung arti bahwa hipotesis penerapan sistem Just In Time secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan efisiensi biaya produksi pada PT. SPECTRUM UNICIPT A Cabang Medan dapat diterima dan terbukti benar karena 2,404 > 2,028 Nilai Determinan (Rsquare) adalah sebesar 14,5% membuktikan bahwa memang penerapan sistem Just In Time memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi biaya produksi pada PT. SPECTRUM UNICIPTA Cabang Medan, meskipun peningkatannya tidak terlalu besar karena biaya yang dieliminasi dari biaya produksi perusahaan tidak terlalu besar. PT. Spectrum Unibuat Medan Branch which operates in the furniture industry, warehouse and shop equipment, door locks, racking, cashier tables and other equipment. The aim of establishing this company is to run a business in the industrial sector, which produces its own products and markets them both within and outside the region, To achieve these objectives, the company carries out business in the furniture industry, warehouse and shop equipment, doors, locks, racking, cashier's desks and office equipment. The raw material used in producing products is iron. The aim of this research is to find out whether the application The Just In Dme system has a positive effect on increasing production cost efficiency at PT Spectrum Unibuat Medan Branch. This type of research is Associative. The population used in this research is the Profit/Loss Report for 20 I 1-2012, the sample used in this research is the Production Cost Report for 2011-2012. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a simple linear regression analysis technique assisted by computer (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that the implementation of the Just In Time system has a positive influence on increasing production cost efficiency, which can be seen in the calculated T value, namely of 2.404, while the T-table value for n=36 is 2.028. This means that the hypothesis of implementing the Just In Time system partially influences increasing production cost efficiency at PT. SPECTRUM UNICIPT A Medan Branch is acceptable and proven to be correct because 2.404 > 2.028 Determinant Value (Rsquare) is 14.5%, proving that the implementation of the Just In Time system has a positive and significant influence on increasing production cost efficiency at PT. SPECTRUM UNICIPTA Medan Branch, although the increase was not too large because the costs eliminated from the company's production costs were not too large.
