dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management, sistem pegukuran kinerja, dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. IDO SINERGY MEDAN. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. IDO SINERGY MEDAN. teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik yang diambil yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus). Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel total quality management, sistem pengukuran kinerja, dan locus of control secara parsial dan simultan atau bersamaan berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. IDO SINERGY MEDAN. This research aims to determine the influence of total quality management, performance measurement systems, and locus of control on employee performance at PT. IDO SINERGY MEDAN. The sample in this study was 46 respondents who were employees of PT. IDO SINERGY MEDAN. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with the technique taken being saturated sampling (census). The results of the research show that the variables total quality management, performance measurement system, and locus of control partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees.
