Pertamina. In general, gas stations sell premium types of fuel, pertalite, biosolar, diesel, Pertamax and Pertamax Plus. One of the important positions at a gas station is the operator position. This position is considered important, because the operator is the beginning or end of refueling motor vehicles, the physical fatigue experienced by employees is accompanied by feelings of tiredness, tiredness, lethargy, and decreased alertness. This research aims to analyze the mental workload of gas station operators. The methods used in this research are the RSME and NASA-TLX methods. Based on the final average score for calculating mental workload, operators experience high mental workload or overload using both the RSME and NASA-TLX methods. The RSME method for the morning shift is 85.71 and the afternoon shift is 83.04, while the NASA-TLX method for the morning shift is 75.02, and the afternoon shift is 81.02. Meanwhile, to reduce the high mental workload, namely increasing the number of operators. |
