Analisis Pengukuran Produktivitas Dengan Metode American Productivity Center (Apc) Di Umkm Donat Kentang Syifa

Abstract

UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa merupakan perusahaan yang menghasilkan produk berupa donat kentang yang berlokasi di Jalan Setia Budi No. 75, Kota Medan. Pada input tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi, dan modal mempengaruhi output dan produktivitas perusahaan. Produktivitas tidak hanya diukur dari jumlah output yang dihasilkan tetapi juga penggunaan input dalam proses produksi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas perusahaan yaitu tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi, dan modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai indeks produktivitas, indeks profitabilitas, dan indeks perbaikan harga dengan pemanfaatan sumber daya tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi dan modal serta usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode American Productivity Center (APC). Metode APC merupakan metode pengukuran produktivitas yang berhubungan dengan produktivitas, profitabilitas dan perbaikan harga. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai indeks produktivitas periode 2 yaitu sebesar 91,024, periode 3 yaitu sebesar 89,034, dan periode 4 yaitu sebesar 85,234. Nilai indeks profitabilitas periode 2 yaitu sebesar 90,723, periode 3 yaitu sebesar 88,085, dan periode 4 yaitu sebesar 80,322. Nilai indeks perbaikan harga pada periode 2 yaitu sebesar 0,997, periode 3 yaitu sebesar 0,989, dan periode 4 yaitu sebesar 0,942 sehingga diberikan usulan perbaikan pada input tersebut yang mana penyebab penurunannya didapatkan dari Diagram Fishbone. Inputs of labor, raw materials, energy, and capital affect the output and productivity of the company. Productivity is not only measured by the amount of output produced but also the use of inputs in the production process. One of the factors that can affect the productivity of the company is labor, raw materials, energy, and capital. This study aims to determine the value of the productivity index, profitability index, and price improvement index with the utilization of labor resources, raw materials, energy and capital as well as proposed improvements to increase productivity. The method used in this research is the American Productivity Center (APC) method. The APC method is a productivity measurement method related to productivity, profitability and price improvement. The results showed that the productivity index value for period 2 was 91.024, period 3 was 89.034, and period 4 was 85.234. The profitability index value for period 2 is 90.723, period 3 is 88.085, and period 4 is 80.322. The price improvement index value in period 2 is 0.997, period 3 is 0.989, and period 4 is 0.942 so that an improvement proposal is given to the input where the cause of the decline is obtained from the Fishbone Diagram.
