Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dan Metode Pengukuran Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Pada Rumah Sakit Murni Teguh Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi dan pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja manajerial pada rumah sakit murni teguh. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh manajer dan karyawan di rumah sakit murni teguh. Sampel yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen dan metode pengukuran kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Secara simultan sistem informasi manajemen dan metode pengukuran kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of accounting information systems and performance measurement on managerial performance in Murni Teguh Hospitals. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this study were all managers and employees in Murni Teguh Hospital's. The sample required was 30 people. Data collection using questionnaires and processed with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that management information systems and performance measurement methods have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. Simultaneously management information systems and performance measurement methods have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance.
