| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial technology dan literasi keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Medan Selayang. UMKM merupakan sektor strategis yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 55 pelaku UMKM. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial technology maupun literasi keuangan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM. Temuan ini pentingnya pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap layanan keuangan digital serta pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing usaha. Dengan demikian, peningkatan literasi keuangan dan teknologi finansial secara optimal perlu menjadi fokus pembinaan UMKM guna mewujudkan pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan di era digital. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial technology and financial literacy on the business sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan Selayang District. MSMEs are a strategic sector that support national economic growth but still face challenges in financial management and the utilization of digital technology. The research employed a quantitative approach with puprposive sampling of 55 MSME respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that financial technology and financial literacy partially and simultaneosly have a positive and significant effect on the business sustainability of MSMEs. This finding highlight emphasizes the importance of business actors understanding of digital financial sevices and effective financial management in order to improve operational efficiency and bussines competitiveness. Therefore, enhancing financial literacy and the optimal use of financial technology should become the focus of MSME development programs in order to achieve sustainable business growth in the digital era. | en_US |
