Abstract

PT. Hazmin Fara Medan, is a national private corporation operating the jeans, shirts, and coats .The objective of this research is to get the approach method of solving the problem, one of them is to schedule the production, i, e, sequencing the works to be completed by types in production units. From the result of observation there are subgroups of observation based on work groups beginning from jobs one to seven : chain-funnel sewing and resleting, rear center sewing and base front-pocket sewing, outer jeans pocket, front key pocket, side and belt, coin-jeans mark sewing and skin mark sewing, waist, and combination of front and rear section of jeans, in machine one. And time taken to complete the group of work
