Abstract: This thesis entitled "The Influence of Customer Service Servant on Customer Satisfaction Level at PT Bank SUMUT Padangsidimpuan Branch." This study aims to find out how much influence Customer Service Servants Against Customer Satisfaction Level. Based on the research on the sample of questionnaires that have been distributed as much as 95, the effect of coustomer servuce service on customer satisfaction level is 51 people (53,7%), service quality is 44 people (46,3%). Customer's ruling on costomer service, respondents stated not satisfied 52 people (52,3%), expressed satisfaction of 43 orantg (47,7%). The influence of service costomer service with satisfaction level at registration and dissatisfied there are 29 people (56,9%) satisfied 22 people (43,1%), and total value 44 respondents who stated good servant customer servuce and dissatisfied 23 people (52.3%) who satisfied 21 people (47.7%).
