dc.description | Iklim organisasi merupakan persepsi subjek terhadap situasi atau kondisi tempat ia bekerja. Motivasi kerja merupakan dorongan atau energi yang menggerakkan individu dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya guna mencapai tujuan yang telah di harapkan.Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja karyawan di PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat di Medan. Dimana yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat di Medan dengan sampel 62 orang karyawan yang menggunakan total sampling dalam pengambilan sampel iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan metode skala.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode teknik Analisis Korelasi Product Moment, dimana penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja, dimana Rxy= 0,519 ; p= 0,000< 0,01 . artinya semakin tinggi iklim organisasi, maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja. Berdasarkan hasil ini, maka hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Sumbangan efektif iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 26,9%.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan mengenai mean hipotetik dan mean empirik, maka diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian memiliki iklim organisasi yang sangat tinggi, dimana mean hipotetik 100,00 dan mean empirik 138,15. dc.description.abstract | Organizational climate is the subjective perception of the situation or condition where he worked. Motivation is the encouragement orenergy that drives individuals to accomplish tasks in order to achieve the objectives expected.This study examines the relationship between organizational climate with employee motivation in PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat in Medan. Where are the subject of research are employees of PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat in Medan with a sample of 62 employees who use sampling in the sampling total organizational climate and work motivation scale method.In this study using Product Moment Correlation analysis techniques, where this study showed a significant relationship between organizational climate with work motivation.This is evidenced by the significant correlation between organizational climate with job motivation, where Rxy = 0.519; p = 0,000 <0,01. meaning that the higher organizational climate, the higher the motivation to work. Based on these results, the hypothesis has been proposed in this study are accepted. Effective contribution to the work motivation organizational climate of 26.9%.Based on calculations that have been done about the empirical mean and hypothetical mean, it is known that the study subjects had a very high organizational climate, where the hypothetical mean 100.00 and 138.15 empirical mean.
