Abstract: | Nilai perusahaan merupakan persepsi investor terhadap tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan yang sering dikaitkan dengan harga saham. Harga saham yang tinggi membuat nilai perusahaan juga tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahan, struktur modal dan risiko bisnis terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020 – 2022. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif kausal dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 30 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 sampai dengan 2022 dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Berdasarkan penentuan kriteria tersebut terdapat 13 sampel perusahaan dengan total data 39 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal dan risiko bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan baik secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil tersebut sejalan dengan hipotesis yang telah ditentukan, sehingga seluruh hipotesis diterima. Company value is investors' perception of the company's level of success which is often linked to share prices. High share prices make the company value also high. This research aims to determine the influence of company size, capital structure and business risk on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2022. The type of research is causal associative with quantitative data type. The population in the research was 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 to 2022 using a purposive sampling method. Based on the determination of these criteria, there are 13 sample companies with total data of 39 companies. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that company size, capital structure and business risk have a positive and significant effect on company value both partially and simultaneously. These results are in line with the predetermined hypothesis, so that all hypotheses are accepted. |
