Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Medan Kota

Abstract

The success of an organization, more or less depending on the employee as executor and chief organizer of the organization. Buildings, office equipment is complete and sophisticated objects can only be non-productive and effective and efficient when managed by an employee who has the ability, responsible, has a high awareness and strong will to achieve goals and organizational goals. Government officials as the spearhead for the government to serve and improve the welfare of the community is given the authority to carry out any responsibilities given. Problem statements of this study is whether the monitoring positive and significant effect on employees Performance Improvement in the district of Medan Kota and how big influence. The study population was all employees of the District Office of Medan Kota numbered 41 people. Where samples were taken in this study is that the sample is saturated throughout a population of 41 people. Data was collected using questionnaires and observation. Data were tested by using test validity and reliability, test data analysis is then performed using simple regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on Increasing Employee Performance Monitoring at District Office of Medan Kota. The magnitude of the effect of supervision on performance improvement is equal to 178.1%. Monitoring capabilities in the Performance Improvement is explained is 78.5% while the remaining 21.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
