Hubungan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Manajemen Waktu pada Mahasiswa yang Bekerja

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out whether achievement motivation related to time management on worker students. The hypothesis proposed in this study that there was a positive relationship between achievement motivation with time management. The subjects of this study were 83 worker students in evening class of Psychology Department force 2014,2015,2016, Medan Area University. Sampling method used purposive sampling method. The instruments of this study used the scale of achievement motivation and time management’s scale. Based on the data analysis, the result showed that there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and time management, it is proven from rxy = 0,203 ; p= 0.020 < 0,05 and R square = 0,041. It means the effective contribution of achievement motivation to time management is 4,1%. The result showed the subjects get a high achievement motivativation and a good time management, in which the result is determined by the calculation of hypothetical mean and empirical mean.
