Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS- Kesehatan) (Studi Pada UPT Puskesmas Botombawo)

Abstract

Health policy in Indonesia is not a new thing. From 1985, Indonesia has known health insurance for the labor, than has developed to be PT ASKES (Persero) and PT Jamsostek (Persero). For going in to a good health insurance and overall, in beginning 2014 the Indonesia government by Undang-undang (laws) No. 40 2014 about national social policy launch a program named National Health Insurance (JKN) and UU No. 24 2011 about Social Security Agency (BPJS). The research used qualitative approach supported by primer data in the form of deep interview and secondary data in the form of document analysis. Data analysis technique used Cresswell analysis technique. This research is done in March 2017. The research result shown that implementation of National health insurance in UPT Puskesmas Botombawo still not maximum in realization, especially for the deficiency of medical personnel, many participants still not include in JKN program, less of Information Technology, and the minimum of non-medical’s human resources.
