dc.description | PT. United Can Co. Ltd merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan kaleng roti. Dalam hal ini evaluasi kinerja bagian produksi dalam menjalankan kegiatan produksi berlangsung secara lancar efisien dalam memenuhi target produksi yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Apabila individu dalam perusahaan yaitu sumber daya manusianya dapat berjalan efektif maka perusahaan tetap berjalan efektif. Kepala bagian produksi dan karyawan bagian produksi merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam sebuah perusahaan. Untuk itu dalam kegiatan produksinya, diperlukan karyawan yang mempunyai kinerja yang baik, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi berkualitas atau tidaknya perusahaan tersebut dalam mencapai tujuannya. Salah satu proses bagian produksi yaitu pengevaluasian. Dengan batasan kegiatan produksi, penyusun mencoba menganalisis pelaksanaan evaluasi kinerja bagian produksi, melalui sebuah penelitian dengan judul: Evaluasi Kinerja Bagian Produksi di PT. United Can Co. Ltd Tanjung Morawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. United Can Co. Ltd telah mengevaluasi kinerja bagian produksi dengan baik. Evaluasi kinerja bagian produksi dapat dilakukan dengan menetapkan tujuan, unsur-unsur, waktu pelaksana, dan pelaku evaluasi yang digunakan dalam evaluasi. Hal ini sangat diperlukan untuk mengukur sejauh mana perkembangan PT. United Can Co. Ltd. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | PT. United Can Co. Ltd is a company which focuses in manufacturing of canned bread. In this of the performance evaluation of the production division in function the production activities be held seamlessy and efficiently to supply production targets that have been assigned by the company. If the individual in the company is its human resources to function effectively, the company continues to fuction effectively. The head of production and production employees are one of the main factors in a company. For it their production activities, the employee who have a good performance so that it can affect whether or not the quality of the company in achieving its purpose. The process is evaluating the performance evaluation of the production. To limit the performance evaluation of production, the writer try to analyze the performance evaluation of the production at PT. United Can Co. Ltd, through a research with the title of the Performance Evaluation Of The Production at PT. United Can Co. Ltd Tanjung Morawa. The results evidenced that at PT. United Can Co. Ltd has implemented a performance evaluation of the good production. The performance evaluation can be do by purpose assigned, elements, as managing, and person used in the evaluation.
